Welcome to the Trident Reach website from the Human Resources Department.
In our Department we have a team of HR Specialists who effectively support our brilliant staff teams, who in turn care for and support our clients.
The team is involved with the recruitment and selection of our staff team. We then support them through Induction and help them to develop their roles through a thorough learning process. We aid the management team by training them in employee welfare issues, and in turn become involved in any staff concerns when necessary.
We believe it is absolutely necessary to involve our staff teams with any changes to their roles and responsibilities, and welcome open communication with all employees. We have a staff consultative committee called the Employees Council who meet regularly with the Director and Head of HR to discuss current issues and staff matters. All management decisions are discussed with the Employees Council prior to implementation. By doing this, it is believed that staff will feel empowered and an important part of the organisation.
