Vision
We are one of the newest charities formed to deliver excellent care and support services to vulnerable people across the Midlands.
The charity has only one asset, that being the people we serve and the staff who through their skill and dedication enables a creative power house to be formed in partnership with others to make a positive difference to people’s lives .
Trident Reach’s philosophy and ethos is underpinned by a strong code of professional ethics which seeks to deliver the highest possible standards of care and support and will not see people for their disability but instead celebrates the ability in everyone to live independently and make the choices that are best for them.
The Charity and all who work within it acknowledges that we are here to serve and to recognise that with the right approach to people built on respect that amazing things can be achieved.
As an organisation we are:-
- Continually improving the quality of our services and re-designing and building new registered and supported homes that better address the needs of the service users.
- We are continually exploring diverse customer needs in order to provide new services
- Working with stakeholders to minimise exclusion and build sustainable communities
- Listening to engagement with and increasing the influence that service users have in all aspects of our business.
- We recognise and celebrate the diversity of our service users and strive to fulfil their expectations of us, their service provider, tailoring our service to meet their diverse needs in a person centred way
