Reach: The People Charity are a ‘People First’ force where we work in partnership with individuals and communities to maximize the positive impact we have on peoples’ lives, promoting independence and full participation in society.
Our Mission
- To develop the capacity and skills of vulnerable people to become socially and economically independent and make a positive contribution to the communities in which they live
- To support diverse communities and individuals in the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religion
- To support vulnerable people and communities to maximize their income, minimize the risk of hardship and enhance their quality of life.
Our Aims

- Exercise maximum control over their own lives
- Participate as active and equal citizens both economically and socially
- Have the best possible quality of life
- Retain maximum dignity and be treated with respect
